I own some property in Round Rock, Texas, off Old Settlers Boulevard and I am a long distance landlord. After 2 bad tenants I had a hard time renting one part of the duplex. For several frustrating months I tried to find a tenant myself with the help of one of my tenants and neighbors without success. I finally resorted to professional help: LeRoy Nellis, Realtor in Ausin.LeRoy was very friendly and professional and easy to negotiate with and as it turned out reliable and good for his word. He had a few bites on the property, responded quickly, met with people, took the applications.
LeRoy offered to find a tenant for a competitive fee and promised exceptional satisfaction. In the slow donwturn market it still took some effort to get responses and to find the right tenant.
His communications was immaculate, on time, extensive as appropriate and complete; he was responsive to my requests for additional information and follow-ups.

He satisfied my supplemental requirements. He offered to repair what the Tenant had demanded as part of the lease agreement. He fixed what was necessary in just the few days he had promised to and at charges competitive with other estimates. he tenants were impressed and satisfied, a good start of their tenancy.I am very happy with the outcome.
